Since 1967 the New Jersey Library for the Blind and Handicapped has been providing services to almost 12,000 New Jersey residents. Every month, the library hosts an American Sign Language Story Hour where students with multiple disabilties attend. Pete Campione from Kindred Souls Canine Center hosted this month and presented the students with a big SURPRISE.
