After an exhilarating race through the primaries, the race is over, the battle is done. The Democrats have picked Senator Barack Obama to take on Senator John McCain in the fall. It was very exciting for the state of Montana, as we felt important, we got TWO visits from each candidate, and the media coverage just kept coming.
On election night, the Hillary Clinton campaign supporters watched Obama speak on tv, while they congratulated themselves on all the hard work they had accomplished in the last few months. Quickly, talk turned to if she'd want to be Vice President.
Take a look at this video where I ask the question: Are Clinton supporters ready to join Team Obama?
Several days later in Senator Clinton left her supporters with these words: "But our lives, our happiness, are best enjoyed, best protected, and best advanced when we work together. That is what we will do now as we join forces with Senator Obama and his campaign. We will make history together as we write the next chapter in America's story. We will stand united for values we hold dear, for the vision of progress we share, and for the country we love. There is nothing more American than that."
