Montanans of all ages are going to the polls today to decide not only which Democratic candidate will get Montana’s 25 nominating delegates, but also to decide many statewide primaries, and to shape the ballot for the fall.
Barack Obama is within 40 delegates of clinching the nomination, so our delegates may be more important than they’ve ever been. The Clinton campaign is denying this morning that they’re ready to give up. So the race will go on under the Big Sky today!
I’ve voted already. Here I am in my booth, getting ready to make my decision.

Then I got to work after reading the instructions, and making sure I was going to do it right.

Finally, I reviewed my ballot to make sure I had filled in all the ovals completely, and stayed within the lines! Then I noticed I hadn’t filled out the back yet! Ooops!
Now that my civic duty is done, I’m heading back out to visit with Montana voters this afternoon. Check back often today for more updates, and don’t forget to take your valid identification to the polls with you! You will need it to vote!
