NOLA Rising

Michael "ReX" Dingler founded the art and activist group  NOLA Rising after Hurricane Katrina to, as he describes it, restore hope to New Orleans citizens through street art. Now, his group faces a legal challenge from the City of New Orleans, spurred on by the activities of local anti-graffiti crusader Fred Radtke and his group Operation Clean Sweep. Here, ReX talks about the group and the charges against them.
