PICTURES: Rescued pig

This pig was destined for the slaughterhouse until he was rescued somehow, perhaps because the truck he was on had an accident. Now, he resides happily at Poplar Sprins Farm Sanctuary in Maryland, where lucky guests like myself can pet him and he gets to role around in the mud all day.
