That is ridiculous!!! Sometimes im gald to live in a commonwealth, maybe not but at least the NOrth. I mean really, i think the people making these ridiculous laws need to get off of thier pedastals and live like real people, in society so they can see whats really going on before making these rash laws, that when are proven to fail, they still stand by. Obviosly this is not going to stop drinking, one of two things are going to come of this, both leading to an increase of crime... one, there will be a drastic increase of drug use, or two beer and liquor will be smuggled or made illegaly. Both of which are horrible because it will lead to more people in already over crowded prisons, making the harsher, violent criminals released early with out the funds fo therapy, and therefore they are still as sick as when they went in, to make room for the new law breakers, the ones that made beer. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

That OK by me, they can all come to Vermont and support our microbrew industry. I just went to Magic Hat to day and sampled a 15% barley wine which is brewed as a beer. Also Rock Art Extreme is a beer that you can buy at any gas station that is around 8.5% Tastes so good. Come to Vermont and drink our beer!!!
