Organic is great in my opinion. Everything's safer to eat, they're naturally grown, they're super stable, and when grown in multicultures, they're pretty dependable. But, they're very hard to maintain. It takes physical labor instead of chemical reactions to keep the plants alive. I'm talking about fruits and vegies atm. They require a lot of care, so each farm will be relatively small in comparison to monocultures. That also eliminates our mass production of food. What happens then? The word organic itself gives a positive, yay for the earth connotation. But, before saying "yay organic earth" know what goes on. No offense to people and their ideas, really, just, don't always look at things in one dimension. expand, explore, and spread the word.
