Three former Presidents, a dozen U.S. Senators and fourteen Nobel Prize winners went to college on the GI Bill. Today? Soldiers are struggling to get by. With the cost of tuition, books and housing, the GI Bill barely covers the cost of a community college. So I had to wonder, what's the best way to support our troops? Body armor or brain power?
