With an October 4th deadline for Washington residents to register to vote via the internet or by mail, 27-year-old Francine Arreola isn’t wasting any more time to have her voice heard. The Hispanic single mother says there are several reasons to why she is getting signed up before this election, número uno being her son and wanting to make a better life for him.
