After a month of waiting, Maine Democrats caucused on Sunday, Feb. 10, with record attendance. More than 45,000 voters turned out to choose their Democratic presidential nominee -28,000 more voters than participated in the last record-breaking caucus in 2004. Clinton and Obama's dead heat following Super Tuesday made Maine a serious battleground state for the first time in recent memory, and both candidates came out to appeal to voters.
