VIDEO:  Is Hartford Really Heartless?
 
 
We've all seen the shocking video of Angel Torres lying paralyzed in the street as onlookers watched. The nation has dubbed Connecticut's capitol city "Heartless Hartford", but I wanted to find out the story inside Hartford's high crime neighborhoods. Several of Hartford's North End community leaders and residents sat down with me to discuss what's going wrong, and right, inside their communities.
