With less than 3 weeks until the 2008 U.S. election, your Illinois street team reporter, Jacqueline Ingles, takes you on a emotional journey discussing the high number of U.S. troop casualties in Iraq. Using photographs from the Eyes Wide Open "Boot" exhibit--an anti-war exhibit that displays the empty boots of dead soldiers--Ingles shows the importance of voting on November 4, 2008. With 4,186 American troops having lost their lives and their voices, she strives to show how important it is
