Earth Hour is expected to take place March 29 at 8 p.m. in Chicago. Cities around the globe will be taking place in a cascading manner to help reduced carbon emissions. Since Chicago was the first city to sign on to the project, it is the flagship city for the experiment. Your Illinois reporter, Jacqueline Ingles, talks about Earth Hour and its role in Illinois
