The solution to many of West Virginia's economic ills focus on improving the state's education system -- but even with a myriad of education-centric bills being passed this legislative session (including a $1600 salary increase for educators across the state), the average teacher's salary is still nearly $10,000 below the national average. I went out to talk to some educators about how they feel about this slight salary discrepancy.
