This cop is nuts. He should lose his job for taking out his agression on some 13yo kid. Nothing justifies the cop's behaviour, and if I were the kid's parents I'd sue.

Did you turn this video in to his department? I'm pretty sure choke slamming a teenager for doing... um... nothing, isn't really regulation.

This is pathetic. I'm tired off cops, or in this case some weak rent-a-cop treating us like crap just because were under 21 without parents with us. The best line again was, "Is that camera on? Cause if I find myself on you.." He knows he went over the top.

FYI, this isn't video shot by me; I found it on YouTube and thought it'd be relevant here. So far YouTube has 4500 comments on it, so it obviously struck a nerve.
