Do you use disposable cups at the water cooler or coffee maker at your work? Bring in your own damn cup! Save some trees and spare some space in the landfill for Britney Spears new album.

Absolutely. If we are all working between 200-300 days a year, consuming 1-2 cups of coffee a day, going to the water cooler a couple of times a day and using disposable cups every time, then we are sending THOUSANDS of disposable cups to the landfills a year. When our actions are looked at from an yearly standpoint, we begin to better understand our own environmental impact.

My stainless steel coffee cup comes with me everywhere I go (along with some other items in my "anti-disposable kit", like metal silverware and a cloth napkin). I'm turning my back on disposables.

Where I work, granted it is fast food, they provide us with our own plastic mug which all bring to work each day. Hey, it's better than using paper cups, and I use it outside of work too.

I don't drink coffee but the idea is great, I support it, mugs are cheap anyways just go to wal-mart. At a outdoors store I did see rapidly disolving cups, apparently when camping and one gets left behind it just breaks down in a couple days. Like that rapidly disolving toilet paper they make for camping.
