I think it is terrible how this election turned into a racial one. It should have been more about the issues and the future of our country. A country founded on Judeo Christian beliefs. I hope Obama's "change" is not like Hitler's "change".

I believe in change and i believe this man will bring this change we are all looking for. He made history and lets hope he made it for the right and not the wrong. Congrats to Mr. Obama I support ur "change!"

I voted for mccain and as I am alittle dissapointed that he didn't win I am also happy for America. The country has spoken and their voice was heard. History was made last night.
I am a republican and I see the difference between the two parties. As a republican I wish the new president the best. I hope he lives upto the expectations that have been placed on him. I hope he delivers all the promises he has made. I am in no way going to bash him because he belongs to the "other party". He is now going to be my future Commander in Chief as i am joining the armed forces. And i think this is the major difference in the two parties. Whereas for years the Democrats have bashed George W Bush who should have gotten the respect he deserved as Commander in Chief. We need to put partisanship aside and start thinking about whats best for our country and our armed forces who are fighting for OUR freedom. Bashing the commander in chief does not help the men and women serving our country abroad. ENOUGH WITH THE HATRED! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

maybe they wouldn't be bashing bush if he had only started 1 useless war where our people are dieing, but he had to better than daddy and start 2. he took a good economy and in a couple of yrs. destroyed it, we don't need Saddam or Iraq or Afghanistan, give him a little more time and he'll do the job for them.
