Despite the new evidence that proves that Damien, Jessie and Jason (WM3 - www.wm3.org) should have NEVER been convicted over 14 1/2 years ago, a Federal Judge wants to stall this procedure even longer.

Currently what is being done is a writing campaign to the Attorney General of Arkansas to exonerate Damien, Jessie and Jason. http://www.wm3.org/live/howtohelp/nationalcampaign.php

Now it’s up to the people to push the state, apparently a 200-page document debunking every bit of the original “conclusions” of the crime put together by well-known experts/professionals is not enough?

For the upcoming auction at Skeleton Key Auctions (www.skeletonkeyauctions). More to come....including a press release. The monies from this auction site are used for the Free the West Memphis Three (www.wm3.org) fund.

What you will be bidding on. One (1) RS-1000 acoustic guitar from www.schecterguitars.com autographed by THE CURE (http://thecure.com/).

Designed to Robert Smith's own specifications and features White Pearl Stars and Moon inlays designed by Robert's own hand ............

Retails for $669, the neck is made from Maple and rosewood and the body is made from Maple with a spruce top.

You are looking at the RS-1000 acoustic guitar, Robert has personally used this guitar in the studio during 2007 and it is signed by all 4 members, Robert Smith, Simon Gallup, Jason Cooper and Porl Thompson and features a "FREE THE WEST MEMPHIS THREE" message from Robert. Porl has drawn a beautifully designed Cure logo on the guitar along with one of his magical drawings , a special thing in itself as Porl has been responsible for the majority of The Cure's sleeve art work since 1980 and is also a successful painter.

I'm glad I found this board. I am a huge supporter for abolishing the death penality for any reason. I may not be against killing in self defense or even killing in a revolution if all other options fail. But once someone, whether he or she be a rapist, a murderer, a terrorist, or even a genocidal maniac, is incapaciated, then there is no excuse for that said person being executed, despite the fact of their guilt and fair trial. The reason why it is wrong is quite simple: killing is wrong. If it is wrong for any man or woman to kill another living thing or human being, then why is it suddenly okay for the people who run our society do it? Wrong is wrong, regardless of who does it, who says it, who follows the order, or what the goals are in the end, even if those goals have good or bad consequences for society. These people in the government or in charge of the law making are not above being human and have no right to end another person's life. If it is wrong for a victim to retaliate against the guilty party, then it is wrong for the law and its makers to punish the perpatrator. Revenge and retaliation is sadistic and society should not be built on that emotion.
