The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato have all signed on to play the "Kids' Inaugural Concert" Monday night at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., the Washington Post reports.

Contrary to initial reports that it would be a free ticketed event, the show won't be open to the public. The Presidential Inaugural Committee is handling the event, and according to Verizon Center spokesperson Sheila Francis, "they have told us to tell callers that no general public tickets are available." (Jonas Brothers fans will have to content themselves with the news that the group will also be performing at the Grammy Awards next month.)

The committee offered no further comment on how tickets would be distributed, but it seems that preselected groups (mostly families) will attend the ball, which is hosted by Jill Biden and Michelle Obama. No doubt, first-daughters-to-be and longtime fans of the Jonas Brothers and "Hannah Montana" Sasha and Malia Obama will be in attendance too. The show will be broadcast live on Disney at 8 p.m. ET.

In other inaugural ball news, the lineup for Tuesday night's "Neighborhood Ball" at the Washington Convention Center has also been announced. Performers will include Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Shakira, Faith Hill and Stevie Wonder. (Read a roundup of other concerts celebrating Barack Obama's inauguration here.)

Once again, details on tickets for the ball, being hosted by Barack Obama himself and being called "the premier event of inauguration evening," have not been announced. Since the focus is on Washington, it's believed that some tickets will be set aside for locals. 

"I wanted to make sure that we had an event that would be open to our new neighborhood here in Washington, D.C., and also neighborhoods across the country," Obama said in a statement about the show, which will be broadcast on ABC and will feature the first couple's first dance.

Also, Declare Yourself has announced plans for an inauguration kickoff event Sunday to celebrate the youth vote. The event will be hosted by Jessica Alba. Jamie Foxx, Maroon 5, Samantha Ronson and John Legend will be on hand to debut Declare Yourself's "Born Again American" song. The track, according to a press release, was "a specially commissioned song to move all listeners to recommit themselves to American citizenship as we go through these trying but hopeful times together."
