Enter Stayin’ Alive’s Summer Video Contest Today!
"The World is Watching"
Student led movements are a force to be reckoned with, and we’d like all of you to know the world is WATCHING…and waiting.
We are looking to YOU to create engaging videos which can compel your peers to take up the fight against malaria. If a simple $10 bed net can protect two African children from mosquitoes that bite at night and carry malaria, imagine what you can accomplish through the power of your creativity… We beat malaria in the U.S. over 50 years ago, and now you can help bring about similar success in sub-Saharan Africa where malaria is still responsible for over 1 million deaths each year.
Send us your short film on malaria and upload it to Think.MTV.com with the tag Malaria No More FYI- (Title)-we'll also highlight your film on the MNM Think webpage. On August 25thwe’ll be announcing a winner. If your video is selected, it will premier on Malaria No More’s website in September alongside our Fall celebrity PSA campaign featuring Wyclef Jean and more.
Get creative, the sky’s the limit. Need some inspiration? Check out Film Your Issue and MTV for examples of what other students (just like you!) are doing with their voices-
Finals are over, and you have the rest of the summer to think about it so get filming! Please direct questions, comments and concern to info@malarianomore.org
Video submissions can be uploaded to think! Just send us an email to let us know and be sure to tag that video. Or if you prefer, you can send the video to either john.logsdon@malarianomore.org or via regular mail to:
