America’s Best Dance Crews Give Back

On Saturday, August 30th, some of your favorite dance crews faced-off to raise money for charity. Check out the org's these crews danced for and read more about how each charity helps their community. Wanna learn how you can help and take action in your own community? Check out Think MTV and give back just like the crews!

 

 

SoReal Cru danced for Texas Children's Hospital of Houston, which is internationally recognized and one of the largest pediatric hospitals in the United States. Find out more about the hospital and how to help here.

 

 

Fanny Pak squared off for United Cerebral Palsy of Chatsworth, in the Los Angeles area. UCP provides information and direct services to over 30,000 children and adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities each day. Get more info here.

 

 

Kaba Modern supported Culture Shock of LA - a community outreach hip-hop organization that does in-school and after-school programs for inner city youth. Find out how you can join the dance!

 

 

Break Sk8 faced off for the United Way of Howard County, Indiana, which helps provide food and shelter to those in need, allows the elderly and the disabled to remain independent and provides kids with programs they need to learn and grow.

 

 

Status Quo kicked it for Haley House - a Boston based charity that provides help to the homeless and unemployed, and a place where members of Status Quo worked in the past. One of their services is through a bakery training the unemployed how to bake.
